Jolax.dk only enters purchase agreements with individuals 18 years of age or older. Agreement with children and minors under 18 years of age may only be entered by parents or others legally allowed to act on their behalf.
Jolax’s products can be ordered from our website. If you have additional questions regarding our products, you are welcome to contact us.
When shopping with Jolax.dk, all agreements are made in Danish or English.
All prices include VAT and other fees. All prices are daily prices and are updated regularly.
Jolax.dk accepts the following credit cards:
Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard
Orders are typically shipped from our stock within one business day and delivered within 3-5 business days in Denmark. For orders outside Denmark, delivery might take longer. In case of longer delivery times we will inform the costumer.
We primarily use UPS for our shipments.
Within EU we offer free freight for purchases over 100 EUR
For orders belove 100 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 11,80 EUR
If you want us to ship outside EU, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will come back to you with the current shipping price for your order.
All our carpets are specially cut after your wish. Therefore there is no right for returns.
When shopping with Jolax.dk, you have a 24-month complaint period. During this time, you can have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted, depending on the issue identified in your complaint. Naturally, your complaint must be justified, and the issue must not have been caused by the improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Your complaint must be submitted within a reasonable amount of time after discovering the issue of the product. We recommend that you submit your complaint as soon as possible. Complaints will always be considered timely if submitted within two months of discovering the issue.
Should your complaint be justified, we will, of course, refund (reasonable) shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.
