Terms of sales

Our terms of sales apply to all purchases made on Jolax.dk. As a customer, you must accept these terms before your purchase can be completed.

The online shop is owned by Herning Special Væveri A/S.

Jolax.dk only enters purchase agreements with individuals 18 years of age or older. Agreement with children and minors under 18 years of age may only be entered by parents or others legally allowed to act on their behalf.



Jolax’s products can be ordered from our website. If you have additional questions regarding our products, you are welcome to contact us.

When shopping with Jolax.dk, all agreements are made in Danish or English.



All prices include VAT and other fees. All prices are daily prices and are updated regularly.



Jolax.dk accepts the following credit cards:

Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard



Products are shipped free of charge for orders above 106 €. Orders are typically shipped from our stock within one business day and delivered within 3 business days in Denmark. For orders outside Denmark, delivery might take longer. Costumers will be informed of longer delivery times.



We primarily use UPS for our shipments.


Return policy

Jolax.dk offers a 14-day return policy for your purchase. The return period begins on the day you receive the product.

You may only return products in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them. Your right to return the product will be void if the product is found to have been used incorrectly, in a manner that clearly diminishes  the product’s resale value.

If you wish to return the product, you may return it in person or by mailing it to the following address:

After making your return, the full value of the carpet will be transferred to the card you used to pay for it. This will occur as soon as we receive the product and verify that it meets the return conditions. The buyer must bear the cost of return shipping.



When shopping with Jolax.dk, you have a 24-month complaint period. During this time, you can have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted, depending on the issue identified in your complaint. Naturally, your complaint must be justified, and the issue must not have been caused by the improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Your complaint must be submitted within a reasonable amount of time after discovering the issue of the product. We recommend that you submit your complaint as soon as possible.  Complaints will always be considered timely if submitted within two months of discovering the issue.

Should your complaint be justified, we will, of course, refund (reasonable) shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.
